Thank You 5 Rhythms!!!

Just wanted to thank Jessica Catto for such a beautiful workshop.  We really enjoyed it! It was so filling to see all those beautiful bodies dancing around in this great space that we have here in Palma.  Our vision is to incorporate classes of the 5 Rhythms method into our weekly schedule with Jessica. So come and try it out!  It is really worth the experience. We'll have another workshop at the end of April stay tuned.
