GOOD MOOD CHOCOLATE MOUSE (for four persons)
150 gr. Dark pure 85% cacao chocolate
1 dl strong expresso coffee
4 eggs
1/2 spoon of cinnamon
A pinch of Chili powder
1 Tea spoon of Sugar
A pinch of salt
Nutmeg to taste
Put the coffee in a small sauce pan, add the cinnamon, chili powder, sugar, salt, nutmeg and let it cook softly.
Separate the egg white from the yolk and conserve in two separate bowls.
Place the chopped chocolate in the coffee and let it melt all together.
Pour the egg yolk into the chocolate mix, turn it in softly.
Whip the egg whites and churn them gently into the mix.
Divide the mixture into cups and let it rest in the fridge for a couple of hours.
