Por fin Clases en Español- Finally Spanish Classes

Amigos:

Esta semana tendremos nuestra segunda semana de clases en español los miércoles por la noche. Para todos aquellos yogis o  amigos de yogis que quieran empezar a practica en el estilo de Vinyasa Yoga.

Clases se impartirán por Miriam.  Miriam también estará impartiendo clases de Yoga restaurativo el miércoles por la noche.  Una clase suave y calmante,  para aquellos que necesiten verdadero descanso y relajación. Simplemente delicioso.

This week we have our second round of yoga in Spanish on Wednesday nights.  For those yogis or yogi friends that are interested in taking yoga classes in the Vinyasa yoga style.  Classes this week will be taught by Miriam.  Miriam is also teaching restorative yoga on Wednesday nights. A class that is calming and soothing, for those who are in need of rest and relaxation.  Simply delicious.

New Times at Yoga You

Dear Friends:

Come around to see the changed face of the studio, and inform yourselves of the new schedule we've got going on!

23rd of April- is our first 5 Rhythms class with Jessica Cato starting at 8:30 pm in Sala 1.  Come try it, so fun.

23rd of April- will also be our first long, slow, deep class with Jen Weller starting at 8:30om in Sala 1.  Simply delicious.

26th of April- is the community class for the our betterplace project starting at 11:30am with our international guest teacher Jen Weller. So great!

4th of May- we have new classes in spanish starting for beginners in Vinyasa Flow, with Myriam, Mariella and Ivana. So bring those spanish friends you've been talking yoga about.

8th of May- we have and great event produced by red carpet called The Bollywood night. That will take place in Abraxas. Get ready for a night full of dance and just fun.

16th  of May- detox workshop with Jen Weller in the studio followed by detox lunch package.  Yummy!

We are also looking to have the beautiful Kirtan singer Wah that will be with us on the 12th of June as an incredible treat.  For more information and ticket sales about this please contact the studio.

And we are hoping that David can join us for a Kirtan session in May.

This will be Jessica Catto's last Intro Workshop before we begin the 5 Rhythms classes on our weekly schedule. Come and get your intro dose and get a taste of what's to come.
