So, excited to have the yearly medieval feast going on this weekend in Palma City. It's one of my favorite events here on the island. They sell so many different Mallorqui things that are hand made, practical and beautiful. It is fantastic to watch the Mallorqui relish in their home land culture and see that they expose it with so much pleasure.
I feel truly blessed to live on this island and to share this land with them.
I also wanted to share a couple of other events where we might be meeting up this weekend like:
The Chat with the Buddhist traveling teacher Gerd Boll, that the Buddhist from the Diamond Way will be hosting at their Gompa this weekend.

I will be at Neera Scott's workshop on the core strength and band has in Vinyasa, here at the studio! I look forward to this so much. Ever since I started taking Neera's class I have felt my practice change. I feel like I am working in the Vinyasa at a different level. Really glad to see the practice evolve and after this weekend they'll be more to come!
