So the next class will be on Sunday, February 22nd, at 11.30 and we will flow once again for the orphans in Cambodia.

In February:
For the first time at YOGAYOU, Namaste organize an amazing workshop, Here and Now, February 14th, at 10.00 am

Arul will bring us the path of Pranayama On the 21 February at 10.00 am.

Neera has her first workshop on the February 28th, at 10.00 am. Moving from within core strength in Vinyasa I. More details about the workshops please contact front desk.
